Web design resources are the heart and soul of the web designing industry and are use by web designers extensively. Web designers are always in need of different web design sources and they are always in the lookout for some or the other web design sources. But being cash strapped, they tend to look for free and open source web design sources that can fulfill their need and at the same time be easy on their pockets.

So I decided to write this article with those cash strapped web designers in mind and the web designing community as a whole in mind.
