Color Mixers

This colorpicker from Color Mixers – Color Blender, Color Mixer, Web Color Themes. I’ve made it more compatible – it now works in Mozilla, and should also work in Opera, since I’m using a much better slider control. I’ve also added 3 more colors, bringing the total auto-generated colors to 9, and the ability to export your colors to a Photoshop color table.

To get started, choose a preferred color using the color picker below, and a 6-color matching palette (a “blend”) will be automatically calculated. Using the radio buttons you may switch to Direct Edit mode to tweak or edit individual colors of your blend. Blends can be saved for future use, and will be available whenever you return to this site from the same workstation, given that your browser accepts cookies. Well, things aren’t going as fast as I wish. I’ve been too busy during the Summer and the next version with the public API is significantly delayed. Big appology to everyone waiting for it. However, I decided to make at least a subversion with some hopefully useful improvements. The main feature you might like is the Pantone™ and RAL™ color support. The update is almost done, I have to improve some algorithms and I’d like to publish it during October. Thank you for your patience.
