Up With Your Projects!
Frankly speaking, I have come across many tools, but my first tool towards collaborative management is “basecamp” Having said that, I am sure there any many other great tools which exactly fit-in to the individual’s needs and you have collated most of them here. I really appreciate that a good amount of effort has gone behind gathering this data. I am sure many of us will keep adding to this list as there are new tools coming up and the existing tools evolving. However, this is indeed a good show of all the relevant tools at a glance.

It’s a great list, unfortunately it doesn’t take into account many of the integrated systems out there?
Having a project management tool on top of CRM, billing, timesheets, and apps is a costly, inefficient process and most companies that use multiple, separate systems have to face this issue.
There’s systems out there that help solve this problem and I’m surprised not to see that many on this list. WORKetc is a great example, as it puts CRM, project management, billing, and helpdesk support into one web based software. Users can manage and collaborate on essentially every aspect of their business, instead of just projects – and this helps tremendously with workflows. For example, once a lead has been won as a sale, it can be converted straight into a project, to which you can then finish and invoice your client using the timesheet data made while working on the project.
WORKetc is also Google Apps integrated and has mobile apps, I’d recommend looking into it!

@Michael. I completely buy your point in integrating multiple features in a shot. However, I still feel that there is enough scope to add as many suggestions to this post. In another instance, I still feel, that there are specific long term objectives to be met by individual organizations and most of them tend to choose tools or develop tools gradually.
