Good set of tools, but a lot of these tools should be grouped into sub-groups, because their target markets are completely different, e.g., you cannot compare phpBB with Kampyle.

These are all good. The challenge is you missed the great one.
To get great customer feedback you need to make it fast and easy. Making customers go to a web site or call a number after a visit isn’t fat or easy. Some even make them enter code numbers and other things that just turn the guest off.
