ResponsiveSlides.js Simple Responsive Slider Plugin

ResponsiveSlides.js is a simple and very light JQuery responsive slider plugin that you can use to create a responsive slider and slideshow that is compatible with a wide variety of browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox etc, the complete list of browsers with which this plugin is tested are mentioned below.

ResponsiveSlides.js also adds css max-width support for IE6 and other browsers that don’t natively support it. The only dependency that this plugin only works for JQuery version 1.4 and up and that all the images are same size.

It has two different modes in which it operates: Either, it just fades the image automatically, or operates as a responsive image container with pagination or navigation to fade between slides.

ResponsiveSlides.js is tested with the following browser

  1. A lot of blokes want to talk about dismissing older browsers but in the real world IE6 is still a major demographic. While we all would like to see IE go away but face it, its just not going to happen.
